When we talk about being different, we are not saying that you should be different just for the sake of it. We mean that you should look at the news, the television, the movies, and listen to the radio and realize what the world is saying about you. Most of it is not positive and we're hoping that you will make a decision to follow a different path.

T his section focuses on your fitness, your fineness, your fabuloisty in general. We will give you some great nutritional and exercise advice, as well as information from real health professionals about how your body is changing in general and new health issues you should be aware of.
